Since then I worked with sporters who were motivated by the very same reasons as Mr. W. as for other reasons. As well with individuals as with teams.

Mental reasons are various. Most common is self-confidence, but how about rehab? Rehabilitation should be fun. Healing injuries faster and improving your skills at the very same time is very well possible. How about the idea that while recovering you might even improve and get back in competition better than you were before. Yes you can.

Something that might wonder you is the fact that our brains can be enforced and help to get faster and quicker responses, help us by improving our technical skills, developing more power, etc.

More applied to standard competition are three more topics such as peak-performance, recovery after heavy exertion and extending the season. Most times its not just one game, one single sprint, but it becomes a marathon after all. Among the strongest and fittest who survive, the cleverest and best skilled will be the winners.

Each and every sporter, no matter what their discipline is, can take benefit of our experiences.

The first client I ever worked with was around 2004. Mr. W., an amateur shooter, air pistol and Olympic Rapid-fire, recovering from a whiplash due to a severe car accident. He told me that he could never make it to get to the National Championships during the summer. For the very first time in my life I told him that I had been reading and studying a lot the works from Milton Ericsson, that I admired his work and that when he was open for the idea to give it a try that I wanted to give him a free consult. My conviction was to have four consults, starting immediately, the next one a week later and the other two one and two months later to the National Championships. De day after, late in the evening se ended me a text message letting me know that the results were already stunning and that whatever i would charge for my consults, it would be really value for money. At that time, I only read and remembered the value i added to his biggest dream. Four months later, it was a late Sunday afternoon and I was preparing the BBQ, the doorbel rang and there he was. Proudly showing his two gold medals. While eating, drinking and laughing he told us all how much benefit he has had, how he had his best results ever and that he was going for higher goals, thanks to his new lessons learned. Finally he learned about the 'how'.
